This Consignor Agreement is entered into between Timeless Treasures, located at 589 Park Ave, Worcester, and the consignor, whose name is provided below:

Consignment Items:

Timeless Treasures seeks Women’s/Juniors/Plus Size name-brand clothing, jewelry, handbags, shoes, and accessories. Items can be new or gently worn, but all items must be in excellent condition in order to be accepted.

Consigning Process:

1. All consigning is done by appointment only; please call the shop at the number provided above to schedule an appointment.

2. All items must be:

   • Freshly laundered or dry cleaned.

   • Presented on hangers.

   • Free from odors and wrinkles.

   • Without any stains, tears, pilling, broken zippers, or missing buttons.

   • Optionally, items should have the original inside tags attached with size and washing instructions.

3. Items with pet hair or musty/mothball/smoke odor will NOT be accepted.

Consignment Period:

The consignment period for accepted items is 90 days. After 30 days, Timeless Treasures may discount the items between 20-50% depending on seasonal demand. Timeless Treasures reserves the right to discount merchandise during sale events.

Compensation:

For each item sold, the consignor will receive 40% of the item’s selling price. The consignor will receive a check by mail when the consignment period ends. There are NO cash payouts.

Unsold Items:

After the consignment period ends, unsold items will become the property of Timeless Treasures and may be recycled, resold, or donated to a local charity.

Return of Unsold Items:

If the consignor chooses to have their unsold items returned to them, they must circle "RETURN" below. The consignor will be notified when to pick up the items along with their payout check.

If the unsold items are not picked up within one week after the notification, they will become the property of Timeless Treasures, and the check will be mailed to the consignor. Timeless Treasures is not responsible for any loss or damage to consigned items.

By signing this agreement, the consignor acknowledges that they have read and understood all the terms and conditions outlined above and agree to comply with them during the consignment period at Timeless Treasures.
